Physical fitness helps in boosting the self-esteem and helps an individual to balance the stress in everyday life. At our school , we train students in football, basketball, volleyball, kho kho, table tennis, badminton and athletics to improve their overall personality and problem solving skills.

Clubs

At our school we offer the children a wide variety of co-curricular activities like public speaking, debate, speech, quizzing, creative writing, dramatics, dance , cookery etc. under the various clubs that function at our school. We have Eco club, Language club, cookery club and Heritage club.

Art education

We help the students to improve and work on their visual and performing art through various sessions. As we believe that Art is more than creative expression alone, we also stress on all forms of art and help children to improvise on it.

Value Education

To foster the positive thinking and positive attitude in children, we have continues and comprehensive sessions of value education. The classes, provided by experts and teachers helps to harness the inner good in the kids.

Health Programme

The wealth of health is much preserved in each and every individual of our school through physical and mental wellbeing which is brought forward by yoga sessions, fitness classes, karate classes. Sessions are taken by experts to help the children to cope up with the stress that surrounds them.

Life skills

Life Skills that are essential for the child’s day to day life is imparted to them through continuous and comprehensive evaluation . Creative methods are used for developing skills like self-awareness, creative thinking, effective communication, handling stress etc.
